We all want to plan better, think smarter to grow our business. However, I started my day feeling squashed and squished from yesterdays family medical emergency.

When I’m under pressure, I go back to the business basic’s by opening up my simple business plan and focusing on what needed to be done to get results, fast!

The simple business plan has five steps:
- Create Your Business Vision
- Clarify your Business Mission
- Construct Business Success Factors
- Compose Business Results
- Complete Business Success Plans.

It inspired to me to revisit my business vision to understand why I was serving business owners by providing planning advice. It clarified by jumbled set of action items to organize the business results I needed to help move this business forward. And tomorrow I’ll update my business success plans. Yes, Rome wasn’t build in one day and neither are business plans. But I’m feeling good again.

Its 6pm now and I made progress today. I’m celebrating by putting on my tennis shoes to go for a walk.
